Josie and I both recommend Danger Mouse. You can find heaps of episodes on Youtube, or borrow the DVD (at ours they only have the one) from the library. Danger Mouse rocks! (Actually, Penfold is my favourite.) And each episode is a nice concise ten minutes.
I also recommend ABC's News Online. It helps me feel connected with the outside world.

Good idea. We'll check into Danger Mouse. We decided not to have cable TV, so my girls watch all the free episodes they can get on the Disney Channel site and the Nickelodeon site.
